SALAD- ( this one i wanted to use up the cherry tomatoes mind you i only ended up using two lol, but we ran out of lettuce, so i made a vermicelli salad. something different)
It is a vermicelli base, with really thin grated carrot, mint and tomatoes With some added cucumber greens added in for colour. This one i took a French salad dressing too)
First teir- BABY FOOD! in the pretty green silicon cup. (lol don't laugh at me , its puree'd apple and i love the stuff!) (You know you want some) (this stuff is great for an added flavour to even salads, but i love it on its own). Next up is watermelon and kiwi fruit cutouts (yummy for summer)
Second teir- My vermicelli salad and saltanas (with mint for colour) (funny thing is about that, is it gave the sultanas a tiny hint of a sweet minty flavor sorta like after dinner mints , dont ask me how!)

thank you very much. I know what you mean by not being anle to find the time, but i find that if you mentally think it out before you go to bed, it takes about 10 min to make in the morning. (that way you know what to look for, and what you have in the fridge). But yeah i understand what you mean. lol. thank you for commenting
